1. What VeloPulse Is

VeloPulse aggregates public posts from crypto trading influencers on Telegram, uses automated extraction to identify statements resembling trade calls, and scores those calls against public market prices at a fixed future point in time. The resulting statistics are published as an informational leaderboard.

2. Not Financial Advice

Nothing on VeloPulse constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. VeloPulse does not recommend, endorse, or solicit the purchase or sale of any asset. All statistics are derived automatically from public statements and historical price data, and reflect past performance only — past performance is not indicative of future results.

3. Geographic Restrictions

VeloPulse is not offered to, and may not be used by, persons located in the United States.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Paid tiers are billed exclusively in cryptocurrency. Because cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible, all sales are final — VeloPulse does not offer refunds for any subscription payment, in whole or in part.

5. Limitation of Liability

VeloPulse is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, VeloPulse and its operator are not liable for any losses arising from use of the service or reliance on any content published on it.
